Platform · Layer 03

A public record anyone can audit.

Every issuance and every retirement is permanent, queryable, and readable without an account. If you need our permission to check a credit, it is not a public registry.

Anatomy of a record

What is attached to every credit

Not a certificate number and a tonnage. The full chain, so an auditor can reconstruct the claim without asking us for anything.

Credit ID and batch
Unique, immutable, tied to one measured production run
Identity
Raw instrument readings
Timestamped, with calibration history for the unit that produced them
Evidence
Methodology version
The exact revision in force at issuance, diffable against later versions
Method
Verifier attestation
Signed, naming the firm and the assignment date

Site coordinates
Where the removal physically happened
Location
Retirement chain
Who retired it, when, and against which claim
Final state
Double-counting

One tonne, one claim, permanently.

Credits measured on our instrumentation cannot be issued through another registry — that is contractual with every developer, not a policy we hope holds.

Retirement is irreversible and public, so an attempt to resell a retired credit is visible to anyone checking the record. We also flag where a host country counts the removal toward its own NDC, because that materially changes what a buyer can claim.
